Creative Arts Dental Lab, Inc. takes pride in supporting the dental industry by offering Direct Reimbursement Dental Benefits for our employees. We want to make very effort to support “Freedom of Choice” in dentistry and quality of care. All eligible employees and their families are covered under a DIRECT REIMBURSEMENT Dental Benefit Plan, which became effective June 15, 1997.

Our dental plan is very easy to understand and covers most dental services. Participants have complete “Freedom of Choice” in the provider of their dental service. Dental offices save time when a patient has a direct reimbursement dental plan since there are no complicated forms to be completed by the provider or the participant.

Creative Arts Dental Lab, Inc., strives to be a role model for other companies in supporting our dentists by having this type of plan. A Direct Reimbursement Dental Plan reduces administrative costs and provides more money for the actual dental care. Our goal is to have other businesses share our excitement in supporting the Dental Community with this type of dental plan, which provides quality care for the patient with fair & timely reimbursement for the dental offices.
