Creative Arts Dental Laboratory firmly believes in and supports
the team approach to implant case planning.
The following steps should be followed when beginning an implant
case:
- Send or fax us a copy of the surgeons report. Fax: (916) 929-4482
- Please indicate which components you need from Creative Arts
and which components will be supplied by you.
- Send Creative Arts your study models, preliminary bite, and
Rx. Please do not schedule your patient for their seat appointment
until we have confirmed that all of the correct parts are in our
office to fully complete the case. We will call you with a delivery
date once all the necessary components have been received.
We are also happy to offer IMPLANT DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES
to assist you in case designing, pre and post surgical treatment
planning and cost estimation for all phases of your implant reconstruction
cases.
