- For cosmetic cases, we suggest you refer to our Anterior
Characterization Guide when filling out the Rx. The more information
you can give us the better.

Photos are always welcome, and encouraged, with your cases.
We recommend sending 6 photographs in order to accurately match a patient’s
existing dentition:
- Facial View (straight-on, full face while smiling)
- Full Smile (a good smile, from commissure to commissure)
- Retracted Smile (with shade tabs placed at incisal
edge)
- Resting Smile (achieved by having the patient say
“Umma”)
- to see how much teeth display when lips are at rest
- Profile
- Intraoral
* Please know that if taking all of the above is not possible, any
photograph is better than no photograph. “After” photographs
are welcome as well … our technicians enjoy seeing the end result.
