Valerie Penrod
Co-owner of Creative Arts with her husband Bob, Valerie oversees
the human resource and marketing side of the laboratory. She has
given speeches and written various articles on Dental
Direct Reimbursement (self-insured dental plans). Valerie has
also served on the Dental Care Committee with a group of dentists
at the Sacramento District Dental Society.

Terry Silva
Office manager for Creative Arts. In 1992 she started in the lab as
a technician. Terry's years of dental technology expertise are an

a reservist in the National Guard for 20 years and has recently retired

Recently graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with his MBA, Dave
came to work for Creative Arts in June of 2004 as their marketing
and CAD/CAM specialist. He focuses on providing consistent communication
